Booking

• If you wish to book a suite a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay must be paid in advance.
• The remaining 75% of the outstanding balance must be paid in full upon arrival.
• If you wish to book the villa a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay must be paid in advance.
• The remaining 70% of the outstanding balance must be paid in full upon arrival.
• All rates are quoted in Euros.
• The rates for the suites are calculated for 2 guests, there is a surcharge of 10 Euros, per day per person, for extra guests.
• The villa has a minimum stay of 7 days and an extra security deposit of 500 Euros which is returned in full upon check out.

• You can pay online via Paypal, or else we accept Visa and MasterCard.

Confirmation of your Booking

• When payment is received, we will immediately send you confirmation of your booking via fax or e-mail.

Cancellation

Should you be forced to cancel a reservation:

• Up to 14 days prior to the date of your expected arrival there is no cancellation fee.

• Less then 14 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we will charge 50% of your initial booking.
• In case of no-show without any prior notice you will be charged 100% of your initial booking.
